A family brought together by India
We are Martin and Lenka, the founders of Ayurveda Life, and above all a family who believes life can be lived with more balance, awareness and joy.
Martin
Martin spent twenty years living in India, where he also lived as a monk. During those years, India became much more than a place to live. It became a source of profound experiences, learning, inner growth and inspiration.
He has been studying and practising Ayurveda for more than thirty years. His first teachers were Dr Govind Rajput and Dr George Eassey, a student of the renowned Ayurvedic physician and teacher Dr Vasant Lad. Through these early experiences Martin developed a deep respect for Ayurveda, its timeless wisdom and its holistic understanding of life.
Lenka
Lenka discovered Ayurveda more recently, but it quickly became a source of inspiration and a natural part of her everyday life. She especially enjoys its practical side, experimenting with Ayurvedic cooking and discovering new recipes. For Lenka, Ayurveda is about curiosity, creativity and finding simple ways to bring greater balance and wellbeing into everyday life.

Why Ayurveda Life exists
India is also where we met. Our story began there, and over time we decided to create a life that would be free, independent and true to our values. Together we founded Ayurveda Life as a family business, a place where we can share our experiences, our connection with India and our love for Ayurveda with others.
We believe that wellbeing begins with understanding ourselves: our body, mind, individual nature and connection with the world around us. Our purpose is to build a bridge between the ancient wisdom of India and life today, offering authentic knowledge, experiences, treatments and carefully selected products that inspire people to live with greater balance, awareness and vitality.
Whether you are completely new to Ayurveda or have already begun your journey, you are warmly welcome here.

For us, Ayurveda is not just a system of traditional knowledge. It is a way of understanding ourselves, listening to our bodies, respecting our individual nature and finding harmony in everyday life. Even small, conscious changes can bring more balance, energy and wellbeing into our lives.
