A week of Ayurveda, together
Seven days at Somatheeram Ayurveda Village, south of Kovalam. Each morning starts with a consultation or treatment prescribed by the resort doctors, meals follow the Ayurvedic kitchen, and the afternoons leave time for yoga, the beach and rest.
What the package includes
Accommodation, full Ayurvedic board, the treatment programme designed for you by the doctors, daily yoga and meditation, and our presence throughout the week for anything practical. Flights and travel insurance are not included; we are happy to advise on both.
