Ayurvedic treatment in modern Pune

Ayurvedgram offers an urban form of Ayurvedic stay under the professional guidance of the Atharva Ayurveda team. Unlike traditional residential resorts, the accommodation is not inside the clinic. Individual treatment and Nadi Pariksha

The stay begins with an initial consultation and Nadi Pariksha, traditional pulse diagnosis. From this assessment, your health condition and your needs, a personalised treatment plan is prepared. The therapies are not predetermined or the same for every guest; the doctor decides their selection and combination. Daily treatments generally last around 90 minutes and, depending on the plan, take place in one session or are split between morning and afternoon.

Diet and the overall daily routine are part of the stay and are adapted to support the treatment process.

Panchakarma and De-Stress Programme

The main therapeutic programme is Panchakarma, whose exact form is determined individually after consultation. The centre recommends a minimum stay of 10 days, with 14- and 21-day programmes also available. If you cannot commit to a longer treatment stay or are primarily looking for regeneration and relaxation, a 7- or 14-day De-Stress Programme is offered.

What is included in the price

The prices are not simply accommodation rates. They cover a complete daily programme: accommodation, three meals a day, the Panchakarma treatment, consultation and Nadi Pariksha, daily Ayurvedic therapies and local transport between the clinic and the accommodation. The programme may also include visits to local temples and markets or an Indian cooking class.

Medicines are not included and are charged according to actual use. Airport transfers, laundry, additional individual transport, extra food ordered to the room, travel insurance and optional services such as astrological consultations are also excluded.
